I trust this finds you and your family safe & well. Lately, while we've no doubt realised that WFH is possible, an unexpected conclusion many of us have increasingly drawn is how essential it is for humans to be in the physical company of others. Interacting with colleagues and friends enables not only a diversity of thoughts, ideas and different viewpoints but offers a sense of belonging that only few other experiences can match. The current situation has taught us that while we can still stay somewhat productive remotely, nothing can quite substitute the charm, energy and enthusiasm that in-person brainstorming and bonhomie bring. The rise of technology may be exponential, and the adoption of digital tools may be on a one-way upward trajectory for as long as we can remember, but our work environments have still been largely built on physical touch. And undoing this behaviour has not been easy, to say the least. |

Since late March, most of us have been working out of makeshift offices at home, which includes working out of couches, dining tables and beds. This significant change in routine, coupled with the constant use of our screens, has brought out a new health issue - 'Technology Fatigue'. Of course, WFH has also inflated all our bills - electricity, internet and other consumables, and also led to new investments in ergonomic chairs and tables. Over the last 2 months (when The Circle re-opened), and even during the complete lockdown when we were partially open to support essential businesses, our teams have been constantly at work, finding ways to ensure that when you resume your work you’re completely safe. We are not only following the GOI / MHA / Gurugram Administration's guidelines but went a step further to ensure that each of the pointers is followed to the 'T'. It gives us great joy when those of you coming to work share that you feel equally safe at The Circle as you do at your own home. As a team, nothing else could make us happier. Over 40% of our member companies have already returned to their work home at The Circle, and we are eagerly waiting for the ones who’ll be returning shortly. Click Here if you'd like to see our checklist of all the precautionary measures we are following at The Circle. Check out this video that we made on do's and dont's when you get back to work. WE ARE READY WHEN YOU ARE! |
