Last few weeks in Belgium, we have (finally) been blessed with a healthy dose of sunshine. Soon autumn will set in, rendering nature into the most beautiful and diverse palette of colors we can imagine. For us as BAs, diversity is a key word which is part of our professional DNA. We collaborate with a diverse range of roles, responsibilities and stakeholders, using our diverse set of hard and soft skills. Globalisation also enables us to collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Diversity can be very enriching to those open for it.
This fall, numerous webinars & events are presented by IIBA Brussels Chapter, enabling you to get in touch with peers and broaden that all import set of diverse hard and soft skills. Do also try and join one of our weekly BA cafés – which is gaining more and more international attendees.
